So I watched all the videos to be found about how to do it. Everything is off but can’t get the 14mm bolt off the one on top. The nut has been split and removed but the long bolt is stuck. Any suggestions?

That long bolt has some pressure on it from the weight of the alternator, that is why it's so hard to get out.
It was so difficult when I did my timing belt and other belts.
You going to need to get a screwdriver or a wrench between the plate that's to the right of that(where the bolt goes), through and try relieve some weight off that bolt. While you're doing that, try to push out the bolt out with a short screwdriver or even a smaller bolt.
Spray some lube so it'll come out easier.

Someone may have an easier way, but that's how I did it.
