The diameter of the AEM pipe is 2.75". Just go on ebay and search for an intake shield, there like $10. Also about the install, search its been talke about MANY times, but now you dont have to remove the front wheel though it would make it easier.

Well I'm thinking about adding the Grillcraft sides and I'm thinking about how to protect it from direct water contact when it rains.
Since adding the fog lights and the middle insert I've been noticing its getting a little wet.

Is the pipe diameter the same for the GT as it is for the RS and GS models?
