hey guys i just got in an accident with the 3g i ruined the front bumper, both fenders, both sideskirts, both headlights, and both foglights. is there anyway that the shop could put ww sides on for me and different headlights and just do that instead of putting diffrent non oem parts on?

When I got into my 2nd wreck, it damadged my CF hood. They replaced it with another CF hood...

My 1st wreck, I damaged a headlight... I just asked them for the money and bought some 00-02 ones to replace my chrome ones.

It depends on your insurance company and/or the shop they send your car to. I have Allstate and apparently they support my after-market modifications. lol
nice lol well im finding out all the details tommorow hopefully all goes well
no offense, but shouldn't you be worried about replacing the stuff in the engine bay first? and yes, re-building the car with aftermark parts will probably be even cheaper than restarting with oem.

LUCKY!!! When i wrecked my old 3G, i had State Farm(still with), and they didn't reimburse me for any of my after market parts (Claimed them but they said no, because the parts were older than 6 months)
That's crap. When i crashed my 2g Talon, Progressive reimbursed me for my strut bar, intercooler, projectors, radiator and fans.
yes, you can get the money from insurance and put it towards the parts you personally want it replaced with
yes you can me and my brother and my roomate all have 3g eclipses and all have been in accidents before i just got in one and am doing the work myself but they both went ahead and had a whole makeover bodykit fiberglass fenders carbon fiber wing hood pins spoiler the whole thing done to their cars no questions asked and my brother the only one not at fault for the accident actually profited on his accident.
im sure he appreciated the tip... 8 months later.
