Man i hope it works out for you, i hate when people screw members. If he dont respond call his local police they usually when go out and put heat on them. or find a member local to him and have them pound on his door. Good luck
ahspimp023 = Bad Seller
Hey i started a new thread because on the previous one based oh AHSPIMP i rated him as a good seller and that i recieved the cd changer, when in fact, one of my audio tech buddies told me it was not a cd changer.
This is the detail of the transcation. I contacted him curious of the 4 disc cd changer he had for sale on this forum, then he implied the 6 disc for 60 bucks. I said ok,(He now states i said only a cd player which is weird because i have an 01 eclipse gt that comes stock with a cd player, why would i need a new one?) Then i spoke to him and he stated his friend had for an aem intake, i negotiated that to 80 bucks, total i paid him 140. Then i recieved the cd player in the mail with a cassette, now the whole time i am thinking ok this is the cd changer, when i get it installed my audio tech guy says this is only single disc. Now, i ask him about the AEM intake which i never recieved, and he is saying thats not his problem and that i should of contacted his friend and got his information and he said he told me to do this in the beginning of the transcation. Mr. AhsPimp If you told me to do this in the beginning of the transcation for the AEM intake, i would have never spoke to you about it, i am not idiot, i know a thing or two about business, i would not even bother you for the intake, but since you accepted the money and decided to give him everything to get me the intake, That holds you responsible. I still did not recieve nothing. So anyhow, i went to file a paypal dispute, AHSPIMP responds and then stops responding, wont give me the AEM intake sellers contact info or anything. I rated him as a good seller because AHSPIMP is not a bad guy, hes a good guy its business wise different ballgame. Atleast have the decency to contact me, but still he has not. Then when i say i saw you on club3g, he states to me he hasnt been on, when in fact i just saw him posting within the past two weeks.
Then when i tried to escalate the dispute, Paypal wont allow me since he provided a tracking number of the cd player he sent me.
So my resolution is this, either AHS gives me the cd changer and i will send him back what he gave me or i will send back what he gave me and let AHS credit me 60 bucks on Paypal. As for the 80 bucks for the intake, give me i state to AHSPIMP to give me your friends info and i will contact him about it and never bother AHSpimp about it.
Now is that fair or am i wrong?

I had some bad selling experiences with him too. Seems like a nice guy but took two weeks to get my part from him. I purchased on a Saturday, he said he would send out Monday, then didn't end up sending it until the middle of the next week. It wouldn't have been too bad but his communication was horrible and when he said he sent it, he really didn't. But anyways, he seems to vary with different members on his selling abilities.
I think he's a busy guy. It will work out in the end.
I allready have info on him, I am not a bad guy, i do not think he is either. It just it looks like he screwed me very good, that's what it appears to be from a business standpoint. He was in contact with me during the transcation excellent, then when i recieved the so called cd changer(Later ahs says cd player and it happened to be a cd player when i paid for a cd changer) he stopped responding to everything.
I just hope it works out, if not 140 bucks down the drain, hopefully it works out

I did try, but according to Paypal he provided me with a tracking number after the transcation and then they stated to me that since i accepted the item(Which is retarded) that i cannot do anything now. Also considering this was multi item, they cannot do nothing about the intake, neither the Credit Card Company..I told you how to receive your full payment back within a week, why you didnt listen?

I think you will find that those responding in this section are in for the long haul and plan to be around awhile. I'm constantly buying little parts here and there from other members so I need to know who to avoid for future reference. $5-10 on occasion can do a lot for the site and keep this thing going and online. I have saved MANY THOUSANDS of dollars because of this site so I felt compelled to give. My car hasn't needed the dealer or a mechanic many many times because I found the knowledge to do easy/quick fixes myself.
