Calling all conechasers and members of team off course!!! Big ass pavement at Northfield Horse Park on June 14th, 2008. Hope to see you all there.

What: NORA Autocross at Northfield Horse Park
Address: 10705 Northfield Rd.
Northfield, OH 44067
When: June 14th, 2008
Why: Cause its fun
How much: Free to watch, $35 to race

Come on down and sit under the 14ft canope and chat it up with the local 3g people (and watch me finally beat Art)!

Schedule of events:

7:30am - course setup
7:30-9:00 - registration
7:45-9:15 - tech (unless you have an annual tech sticker, all cars and helmets will be inspected...please have your car cleaned out, helmet in car, and your numbers on)
9:15 - novice course walk
9:30 - MANDATORY drivers meeting at the trailer
10am - First Car Off!

If you gave me like a 2 week notice, I would have taken off work. Id like to see if my recent suspension mods made a HUGE difference or not :squint:

If only it were that simple. I'm a supervisor at a bank. If i call off of work, the bank simply doesn't open that day. It would be cool for Sat, but Mon my ass would be strategically handed to me.

After speaking with Kevin (CLIPSEGT) and Tara (BlkShadow3 or something) there has been a revision in plans:

We will officially be hosting the 1st annual Mentor Headlands Beach cookout party after autocross. "But Marcus, What does this mean to me?", you may ask yourself. Haha..well...it means that you get to hang out with your favorite Club3g friends as we eat burgers and hotdogs and potato salad and just plain get fatter on the beach. I figured if everyone buys something on Sat and brings it, we can spread out the cost.

Mentor Headlands is north off of the Rt 615 exit on Rt (Hwy) 2 in Mentor. If you get off at Rt. 615 and turn North, you will run right into the park. The time will depend on when autocross finishes up, but I know all of you are flexible.

If you plan on attending, put your name below and what you'll be bringing. It may rain on Sat..and if it does, we'll head to BW3's off of the same Rt. 615 exit on Rt. 2. Everybody wins!

1. 01forfuRn (Marcus) - Hot dogs, brats, buns, and beer (6 -12 bottles of dark stuff)

Yea thats prob. not a good idea to call off then haha, no need to loose the job!! Well i will meet you at the headlands then it looks like!!

haha kevin, you might be right!? :mecry2:

My front right strut (brand new) fucking sucks, I cant adjust it, KYB is gonna replace it but I'm stuck at running that side at 2 soft!!!

And my alignment sucks, STOCK!!! Its getting all redone after the new strut is put in. -2 all the way around, either way kevin....

I will still beat you by one second :squintfawk:

Going today to get the car "alinement" done at good ole Tallmadge Alinement Shop. -2 all around bish and my shocks work. :wub:

Update:
Crow will not be attending. There was a family emergency and he took the day off and is going to Middletown today.

Why the fuck would you want -2 all around? get like -1 in the rear, you want the as to slide a bit around. Otherwise you will oversteer like a mofo. You want out cars to understeer.

-2 is very desireable for our cars. Any more and your loosing time.
