Ok I have a possibly stupid question... It's been a plan of mine for a while to get brembos and I know my current setup will fit them...but!
There was a 2GStratus member that had brembos and 19's (not sure if there were spacers or not?) and when he had the brembos on the wheels poked out to basically how my new/current setup is. So my question is, does the brembo swap push your wheels out further or was this a case of him using spacers for the wheel/brembo combo to work? The answer really won't kill my hopes, just will have to extend the fender rebuild further... trying to think ahead!

Using just the Brembos won't push your wheels out any further. The total thickness of the rotor plus its hat on both front and rear are the same from the Eclipse to the Evo. I did have measurements and I should have taken pictures. If you go outside and look at the thickness of your rotor plus its hat, you have a large hat in the rear because the application area on the rotor is only about 3/8" thick. On the Evo, they have a rear ventilated rotor and so the hat is smaller, but still the thickness of the application area + the hat are the same, so if you see what I'm saying, they reduced the thickness of the hat to make up for the increased thickness to add the ventilation ports on the disc area.

The same is true for the fronts, except that the hat was much smaller to begin with and due to the Evo having a 1" thick disc area, the hat only protrudes from the application area by about 3/8" of an inch.

EDIT: I realized I skipped over part of your question. The reason his protrudes is due to the spacers. I had to run 10mm hubcentric spacers on my car to fit the fronts, and I put them on the rear to keep it from looking completely retarded. I hated it at first, but the bulkiness has grown on me a lot and I love the nasty look it has now.

Before spacers/Brembos:

After spacers/Brembos (took this pic for you on the spot, please excuse the dirtiness):

Pale Horse is right, it won't push your wheels out. You will need wheels wide enough to clear the brembos though. That is why some people's wheels stick out as they're much wider. The clearance to start with is 17" diameter, 8" wide and a +38 offset.

Thanks PaleHorse, very thorough and informative response :). I was hoping it was a spacer issue...

Yea, my wheels are 19x9.5 +22...
I'm not worried about the brembos fitting :) it was more just a preparation if needed to have to extend the front fenders out more (since I'm going to have to already), planning on clay modeling it this weekend and going from there.
