Can't decide on a new headunit... help??

I'm a bit stumped as to what headunit i want for my car so I'm asking for some advice... I want a headunit that's powerful but also looks really nice. It seems like most of the more powerful headunits (clarion, eclipse) look like crap... but then the ones that aren't as powerful look amazing.

I don't know a lot about headunits which is another reason why im coming here for advice because maybe the features im looking for aren't that important for what i want. I know primarily i wanted something that had a usb port and bluetooth functionality. I tried looking for something with a lot of pre-out voltage as well but maybe i dont need that much?? no idea... here's what my system will consist of:

4 polk db component speakers
1 kicker amp (im prob going with the 350 watt amp)
2 12" earthquake subs
1 sound storm amp (this is 1600 watts i believe... had it for a while)

If i could just go buy the best looking headunit i think i'd go with the alpine, but it has like 2.5 volt preouts... is that acceptable?? I'm obviously not going for competition stuff but i want my sound to be nice. So, here are the headunits im looking at. They seem to have the features i want and are visually appealing... any suggestions?? advice??

go with the Pioneer one dude the alpine one just plays ipod,

i have that alpine (x100) i love it. doesnt play cds but has an ipod input and hard drive...

looks great especially because you can change the led colors and such.

sounds great too with alpine amps and stock system

im freaking retarded... i realized this only today while i was in best buy. stopped there after work to see what they had, i saw the alpine one and started messing with it... then couldn't figure out why there was no eject button

i think i am going to get the pioneer... unless i find something better in the next few days

pioneer all the way...and if you do have an ipod the controls on the pioneer work just like an ipod does...its great....I love pioneer and would recommend it to anyone...

I've got a Pioneer DEH-9800BT and have been nothing but pleased with its features. The Bluetooth sync with my phone, the display and the set-up are pretty good for my needs.

that is a nice headunit, i was looking at that one as well... unfortunately it was a tad over what i wanted to spend. i actually did end up purchasing the 9700bt yesterday though, im excited!

I like that! I have the PRS-800 BT... I love it... The EQ is awesome!
