Ground Control Coil Overs are your best bet i believe. They run round 350ish.
Sleeves FTL.

But if your dead set on going that route.
If money is an issue, don't get coilovers. IMO The least expensive/best quality ones are tein basic coilovers and I think they run around $800. If you want to save money, I would just get the eibach prokit w/those agx's. From past experience, my coilover set up that I had for my 2g eclipse (tein ss), I just kinda found a height that I liked and stuck with it, even though I had the ability to adjust it. I wish I could of just went with some reg lowering springs and save me like 700bucks. I was fine and it snows a lot down here too. Just something to think about.
well what im affraid of is that im gonna get konig feather 17"s and the lowering springs will be nice but ill have my stock 15s on for winter and i dont want my car too low to the ground ya know?
I don't think the inch or so you're talking about will make or break anything. If the roads are plowed, you're OK with either high or low heights. If there's a lot of snow and they aren't plowed, your'e screwed with either.

I've lived with lowered cars in MN for over 10 years now and even when I had coilovers I never bothered to raise the car over the winter. I'd too recommend a "basic" spring setup, get the coilovers only if you want to either slam the car or set it up for autosports of some type.
well i had bever really had a "Sports" car before my eclipse som im just a little paranoid <spell? i guess ill try and find some quality springs that only lower the car maybe 1.25"

thannks for your help

You should get the Eibach Pro's & AGX's. There is no need for you to get coilovers. They are expensive to get tuned up, and have a rather rough ride compared to other spring/strut combo's.

I agree with your statement except for the rough ride part! The CO are so adjustable that you can program any ride type you desire!

FYI, I've had the AGX/ Eibach spring combo, while it was good it just wasn't doing it for me! IE: lower and being able to adjust ride stiffness, etc. Just my 2c worth!

Hmm, well I'd say that's true that you can adjust them within a certain range. For some people though, the bottom of that range may still be too stiff. In other words, you can't take a pair of JIC's off the shelf, install them, and tune them to ride like a cadillac.

I'm not saying that you're wrong, just that there's a limit to the ride quality levels you can choose from.
