I can appreciate the craftsmanship.
Great work man, looks like you did some great quality work. I love the way your HU sits in the clock pod. What are you running on the carPC?
Ive never seen something like that. So i cant say much. It is very nice, but just a little bulky looking for me, Looks like it sticks out really far. But the ingenuity is definitely present in this. I like it. Nice exterior look, and the engine bay is looking good. IMO I say Nice car :yesway:

1TB Western Digital HD, Zotac Ion Motherboard w/nvidia 9400m graphics, wireless N, 3G internet, 4GB DDR2 Ram, Blue Ray, Zenarc 8 inch touch screen, a lot of odds and ends too much to list!!!

Thanks for the comment, it actually only sticks out about an inch further than stock, i think its just the camera angle that makes it look bigger.

Nice work man. Where's the PC? In the trunk??

its actually inside the dash behind the screen, theres a couple pics above
I can appreciate the craftsmanship.
:agreed:

Not my cup of tea as far as design, but I can tell you've done some quality work there.
Dont really like the design but I really like how you put all that work in it and it came out great:yesway:
Oh ya, I didn't notice that you had separate boards. Everytime I've seen a carPC I've seen the motherboard set in the trunk and maybe just a hard drive in the dash.
Hey bro good work on the car its something that know one else has and thats what makes it cool. Good job on the craftsmanship.

I also didnt mention that you might find interesting, i have a bluetooth wireless OBDII interface that stays plugged in at all times so i can constantly monitor the engine and other components, I can also roll the windows up or down, honk the horn, turn on off lights, anything electronic in the car i can control with either the touch screen or my cell phone via WIFI. I will post some screen shots or a video of it in action later.

Holy shit I've never heard of that. That is very very cool. How much did it run you??

the ELM327 Bluetooth OBDII Dongle was aprox $60 bucks, it came with the software for PALM and windows, it works with any bluetooth device like the I-Phone or andriod

I use TouchScan software for guage skinning, I also added a couple of protocols to have complete ECU, ECM control

Thanks man, I do appreciate all of the great feedback!!!!
Good work on the interior, I respect the time and labor that your put into it. The engine bay would be a good place to tackle next because it looks like you have way to many colors going on in there. Otherwise, nice car.
