So i have an 03 and my left daytime light doesn't work (the yellow on the bumper the turn signal works fine but the daytime lights doesn't work at all. The light bulb appears to be fine, i dont know what this could be.

Could be the pigtail. I think the lights should be on one fuse.

Other than the pigtails, try replacing the bulb. I don't remember, but I think it's like a house light where one wattage setting might work while a higher one is blown out... but I'm not exactly sure about that.

Within each bulb there are 2 filaments, one for always on and the other for the blinker. If one of the filaments goes out the other one will still work. That is why your one is on but doesnt do both tasks. Replace your bulbs and if it still does not work try looking for loose or broken wires in the pigtails.

The bulb is an 1157
