Those three screws are just regular screws that hold the internal dust cover in place. You could try an impact driver where you tap it with a hammer and it turns the screw.
DISTRIBUTER HELP
so i took the cap off got it off on the distributer and now im stuck on these three screws any advice i cant get them off i tried pb blaster - wd-40 hydrogen peroxide.. i even tried tappen a screwdriver with lil hammer i cant get them off please help... man i hope there sfcrew heads ... maybe thats why im havn trouble idk

Just don't go all medieval on them. They're just little screws and shouldn't take much force.
Why are you taking the distributor apart? Other than the cap and rotor, there really isn't anything serviceable inside except the reluctor wheel.thank you im going to try that now ill keep posted
