Door Panel Conversion
Are the 2003 door panels a direct replacement for the 2000 GS? As in door latch works...etc.

They're fine. Though depending on which trim the 2003 doors came from, you may have to remove the metal brackets that held the GS door handles. I know the GT/GTS door panels handles are bulit right into the door panel itself.
If you have power mirrors, you will need to buy an extra control switch to fill in the hole in the driver side control panel. The mirror control was moved from the center console on the 00-02 models, to the driver side door panel on the 03+ later models
