I already have plans almost completely laid out. My unofficial goals as of now are to drop 4% body fat, and gain about 10-15 lbs of muscle, all while keeping sculpted. My main focus is muscle definition and strength, rather than sheer size. I am going to be doing this on a normal diet, and protein shakes, prolly 2 a day. But this is unofficial. I am going to be consulting with trainers next week to actually set up a program.
