Are there any people in Maryland, around the PG or MoCo area that are pretty experienced with the Ecu Flash? I looked at the posts LogicGate put up, and I simply can't understand it, and I don't want to attempt it and fudge my car.
Greg (Pharm) also said 02 Wideband, and I guess I'll be purchasing that soon.

Being an 01 I would recommend pulling your ECU and checking the processor before purchasing a wideband and cable. http://www.club3g.com/forum/performance/135225-how-remove-check-replace-your-ecu.html
