I installed some indiglo gauges today. When i unpluged the wires from the back of the gauge cluster i noticed that my gas needle wasn't on E ( like it does when the car is turned off). Once i finished my install of the gauges and hooked everything back up the gas needle was still in the same spot. I drove around and the gas needle still works because the needle went down some, it just doesn't go to E when i cut the car off. can anyone help me? please.

Mine is always at the same spot as when it is turned on. My wifes corolla drops to E when it is turned off, but my eclipse exactly like yours, as it should be.

No worries, as long as it is accurate.
