Hello guys. Greetings from Bulgaria.
I've owned the car for 8 years. I started this project March 2019.
My friends works on the car almost 6 months. A lot of work, money, time is invested in the car. And the most important desire. Some finishing work remains. The car, it has to be tuned to dynojet after 2-3 week. The engine build is made to hold 900HP+ But with this turbo my target is about (400hp on FWD) I plan to be 4x4 to the end of the year and a larger turbo = FP Black.
I'm happy to be almost at the finish line. Almost everything in the car is replaced with reinforced parts. Only the crankshaft, transmission and suspension are stock.. but not for long.

This is the small parts list: I'm probably miss something.

The car is ready to go to dayno.
I have to develop the engine a little bit maybe 1000km. I'm afraid the transmission will break. But will see that. Тhe car needs suspension.. :(

Fantastic build! Its great to see that people are still modding these things. Is that a custom front lip? If so could you share how its made, it looks quite nice.

Bad news. The car broke a Diff and transs on 0.8bar. at 365hp. (I expect that, but not to soon...after all, it was stock)
I ordered the new one with much stronger Diff and gears. We replaced the injectors (560cc) with much bigger (880cc) and the fuel lines. I hope with everything is ok and boos the car to 1.4bar. to 400+hp

With the new settings on the fuel and injectors the car boost at 2750rpm ;)
This is the reason why i broke the diff and transs :(

I have to wait a week to the dayno :(

I'm sure it would be easier for you to pick up a Quaife lsd over in Europe than it is for us here in the states :giggle:. Our ECUs output a saturated injector pulse so a peak and hold injector isn't the best choice, although it works. You'll most likely notice a rougher idle/cruise and more fluctuations in afrs.

You're right. We turned off cruise control. Tmorrow I'll set it to 1.0 bar on the road. And after that to the dyno to 1.40 bar.
