headlight bulb question

hey i used to have the sylvania silverstar h4s...but both of them have burnt out so I was wondering where to find a good set that look like those. I like the white look of them but i dont like how they have burned out twice on me...trust me i havent touched them. I would like to know where to find cheaper ones that everyone talks about on here because i spent 20 bucks on each one(i know its a ripoff). sorry but i searched and couldnt find it and sorry it may be in the wrong section...thanks guys
