i was about to connect my afc neo when i noticed on the wiring diagram they have 2 12V connections and two grounds (ground and groundi). I think the SAFCII has the same wiring so i was wondering if someone could tell me where the extra ground and 12V are supposed to be connected to. All of the other wiring i was able to find on the emanage piggyback tuning thread. here is a picture of the wiring diagram that i scanned from the manual if that helps.

Well, the way that diagram looks, you just splice both power and both ground wires to the same wire. Don't know if that's actually correct but that seems to be what they're showing.

Look over the instructions for installing the S-AFC II. http://opusx.dyndns.org/garage/safc/safcinstall.pdf

There are two ground wires for the S-AFC II, also brown and black. However there is only one power wire (red, no red and white wire). I'm guessing from comparing the two diagrams, it's the same idea for installing the Neo. From the looks of it, make sure the red and *********** wire is closer to the ECU, and make sure the brown ground wire is closer to the ECU, but that you'll be splicing two wires from the Neo to one wire going to the ECU in both cases.

thanks i got it today, i caled apexi and they told me that one of the power wires is for the buttons and the other one is for the display, and both of the grounds and the power wires are tapped into the same wire respectively.
