Use a dark grey/black 3M tape with a red strip backing. It's the outdoor type. Youc an find 50ft rolls of it at HD for around $25.
My car was in a small accident and had to have some minor body work done.
The guy I had fix the dents and repaint the doors also painted a Wings West lip kit for me.
He decided to surprise me and install the kit for me. Unfortunately I think he put it on a little lower than its supposed to be. The sideskirts are fine but the top of the rear lip and the top of the front lip are a little low. The top of the rear is about 1 inch below that line on the rear bumper and the front lip is about 1/2 inch lower than where I think it should go.
Anyways is there a specific 3m body molding tape I should buy to reattach the lip kit? And any suggestions on removing the front and rear lips other than just being careful. It has not yet been screwed in its only held on by the 3m tape that came on the kit.
Thanks for any info
