I bough a Mitsubishi eclipse gs 03 that was hit on the rear part of the car, the rear wheel looks like is toe in or out i am not sure but does not look straight.
When i took it for a 4 wheel alignment they told me they could not do the rear tires because the toe adjuster was freeze and were afraid to break it i am not sure what they meant, they told me that if i could unfreeze it i could adjust it myself or buy a new one, ever since i been looking for that exact part on the Internet and i can't find it i don't know what is call, i need to know what that part is call to adjust the rear toe on the tire and make it straight.plz need help

What you want is called the Toe Control Arm Mounting Bolt.

It's on Page 14 here.

Be advised that it may be frozen because either the Toe Control Arm, the bolt, or both are bent. Keep this in mind when fixing your issue.
