SSR filed for bankruptcy a ways back and were finally bought out by Tanabe, but I guess Tire Rack is no longer carrying them. They have been on close-out for a while, but I was seeing what they had for my 350Z tonight just in case. I decided to just get the OEM Rays wheels instead (18x9 fronts and 19x10 rears
), but while I was there I thought I'd see what was left for the Eclipse.
Wheels for 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT
The best deal by far is the bright satin 19" SSR GT3s...for $350 a piece!!! For reference, my 18"x8" SSR Professor SP1s were $2800 with tires (I think around $2000 for the wheels alone) when I got mine a few years back.
These are high-dollar top-line wheels, no bargain-basement ricer crap. Priced out with tires mounted and shipped, the 19x8 SSR GT3s are less than $2000, ready to be bolted on. That's a steal if you are in the market, guys.
