I just bought my first car and its a 2003 mit eclipse gt, I haven't been able to drive it all to much because I had to wait for my previous car to be sold.

Hit me up with any suggestions with any mods to make my eclipse faster or more efficent or whatever, so far I am thinking of saving up for a turbo or a supercharger, idk. Thanks

Idk, it may be a year til i seriously consider getting a turbo, i still have about a thousand bucks to off from my parents.

I may start off with maybe a in-dash dvd player or something like that. If you can suggest any brands that fit in an 03 coupe just hit me up with a message.

If you wanted forced induction you should have gone 4banger. You would need to completely build that gt before you could safely get over 6psi. Althought the RIPP kits look really clean. oh and by the way. Welcome! lol

The previous owner switched out the front blinkers with clear ones, although he left the headlight untouched and they look like they need to be buffed, I may just buff it and white bulbs instead of the amber ones

Welcome, I'm new too but unless you have a ton of money FI is not a realistic option at this point. Stick to the basics and If you just got the car, drive it around for a while before dumping money into it so you don't get screwed if it goes to pieces.

thanks for the tips.

Maybe i should reconsider forced induction and just keep it with basic tune ups (i.e. intake manifold, exhaust piping, spark plugs, etc)(open for suggestions) i dont need too much I just want it faster than other gt's, its quick already but thats just for now.
