I ordered a lower Grillcraft grille from him on June 11th he shipped out via UPS on the 12th and it arrived at my house on the 19th.

Good communication, although one thing I didn't like was he never provided me with a tracking number which he said he would PM to me numerous times, but it arrived in good condition and in one piece so that's all that really matters.
