hey my car seems to be idling low for some reason. it goes from about 200 rpms to about 700 rpms when idling. it seems like it is going to stall, then shoots right back to normal idling at 700 rpms. what could be the reason for this? the colder weather this time of year here, possibly? thanks..

There are MANY things that could cause this. Do you have a SRI?

Among the things that can cause a low idle:
Dirty air filter
Intake leak
Vacuum leak
plugs
wires

The case specific to the SRI is that the radiator fan can blow hot air down the throat of the intake, causing abnormal idle.

Sounds like a small vacuum leak somewhere. You need to check over every single one of those vacuum tubes hooked to your intake, and to the manifold. It's most like a very small tube. The bigger ones will cause a more drastic fluctuation than what you described.
