14K springs front and rear? I forgot about VMC parts fitting on our cars. Definitely will look into this
No just the rear are 14k I’m keeping the fronts at 10k trying to get the car to rotate faster which I’m scared this will change the whole dynamic of the car with my driving style But I need to make a base line with the suspension tuning. Once I get it back on track I can figure out some more tuning options.14K springs front and rear? I forgot about VMC parts fitting on our cars. Definitely will look into this
It may upset the car a lil bit but I think you will like that set up. What's your camber and toe set at?No just the rear are 14k I’m keeping the fronts at 10k trying to get the car to rotate faster which I’m scared this will change the whole dynamic of the car with my driving style But I need to make a base line with the suspension tuning. Yeah I’m looking for it to rotate faster it’ll be something I’ll have to get use to. The way I drive is hard on the brakes early trying to get on throttle quicker rather than late braking. But I think I might have to adjust that a slight bit depending on how it acts going into the corner and settling in the corner to come out.Not terribly off from what I run in my Celica (little lighter so little softer), definitely has a propensity to neutralize understeer with the right sway bars and alignment but watch out for the rear wanting to come around if you're hard on brakes at the wrong part of a corner or lift off too much. Like I said, alignment is critical and you'll probably have to play with it some to see what suits you best.

I’m shooting to have front and rear camber at -3degrees with front toe at -.5 rear toe at 0It may upset the car a lil bit but I think you will like that set up. What's your camber and toe set at?
Hopefully that 90MM TB works out, that would be quite the pairing with those headers. After 9 months it’s here. Brand Spanking new Hytech long tube headers. I will say John at Hytech is a very skilled fabricator and a great person to work with. Communication was spot on always replied to my emails for updates and delivered an amazing product. I have to order some vibrant parts to fabricate the connection to the cat back which should be pretty easy depending on how much I wanna modify.
it’s going to start getting to crunch time as the first track night is May 5 then the weekend of June 9 is the first proving grounds at BIR. Still have a lot of parts coming in just need the weather to warm up a bit more . But race season it’s coming quick.
What ECU are you running?Few updates for the up and coming season. I need to finish up installing my front swift springs and finish up the rear sway bar install. After that I’ll have to set ride hight do a proper corner balance and alignment. Specs will be posted once they are able to be achieved.
I will also be installing a new fuel set up for the use of E85. I already have the flex fuel sensor, 650cc FIC injectors, and a Walbro 255 fuel pump with all the lines and fittings needed. I’m hoping to also install an oil cooler before going to the first BIR event.
just got a update from John at Hytech Exhaust and he has finally started to build the headers, I should be seeing them here sometime this month I’m thinking prob towards the end of the month. When that comes in I have to decide on what I wanna do with my cat back either chop it up to fit or just build a new cat back. I’m going to try and get some pics of everything once they come in. But man this winter has been dragging on I need a heated garage
I actually got around to taking out the TB, going to see what I need, I know I’ll have to make a custom cable bracket but not sure if it’ll go on this year. I got enough on my plate to just get ready for the season. Hoping this will be the first season with a reliable car to beat on.Hopefully that 90MM TB works out, that would be quite the pairing with those headers.
Hahaha yeah. It's not fast if it can't finish a few laps. A blazing fast first lap followed by a DNF.I actually got around to taking out the TB, going to see what I need, I know I’ll have to make a custom cable bracket but not sure if it’ll go on this year.
