New Headlight Install Problem...

When I went to install these, I plugged everything in and turned the switch on to the lowbeams. Only the driver side low beam came on and the passenger high beam. When you turn on the high beams the passanger low beam turns on with both high beams.:scratch: I've searched and read a lot on headlight install over the past couple days but I can't seem to find anything. If there is a thread I missed or any suggestions on how to fix from you guys I could really use the help.
