I’ve had my 03 Spyder gs for a couple years and have had the entire cooling system redone and few other things but it’s not running cus a good ol crack head, was wondering what the stock brand heads/head gaskets the car originally comes with or if it would be more worth getting a whole new engine?. Love the car to death and Mitsubishi so I really don’t wanna get rid of it.

Welcome to the site... Your best bet is to search your local scrapyard to find the head you need. As far as the gaskets you will need ...log into Rockauto.com... When you say you don't know much, I suggest you have someone with experience do the work necessary.
Hiiiiii welcome to the family! And you got a good one for your questions, I swear Widgmaster knows a whooooole lot about these cars. Darn near everything 🤣 also hi Widg!
That statement may be a little exaggerated there @1BlueJayy ... Looks like Rockauto is out of stock as far as a new head goes, so the poster is better off getting one from the junkyard.

Just do a engine swap, but make sure it's not a high mileage engine?

before you sink engine money into it, be sure the car is structurally sound...check for rust, especially on the strut towers. There are some members presently selling engines and/or trannys, so check out the "for sale" thread.
