New Rear Tire for my Gixxer

My stock tire needs replacing. Since I drive alot of highway, the tire is squared off. I was looking for a dual compound tire that last a little bit longer than 3k miles.

So far I'm looking at:

Michelin Pilot Powers
Michelin pilot road 2
Pirelli Diablo Corsa III
Pirelli Diablo Strada
Metzeler Sportec M3

I know some of these aren't dual compound tires but I've heard good things about them. Right now I'm leaning towards the Strada's since I heard they get good mileage and they stick well on the streets. I never do track days and I mostly ride all highway. Thanks for any input you might have.

Pilots are super sticky but dont expect to get more then 4,500 out of a rear. Thats what I use besides the BT014 that came stock on my bike, sorry it dosent help much.

Just as sticky as the Michelins. I'm riding cords..
dont' go michelins if you burnout haha, once them puppies get warm you could get a surprise.

I love the pirelli corsa.

Thats not quite true. on the sides it are as sticky as Michelins PP, but the middle is harder. Michelins are more of a race/sport tire. Dunlop is a drag/sport tire.
If I recall, the corsa's have more of a sharp apex in the middle that's supposed to make them better on the track/at lean angle, but tend to be squirrely for general riding.

I've always run Dunlop 207/208 and am very happy with them.
Me personally I roll on the BattleAx tires and I think they are great. They last a long time being a harder compound. But thats my 2 cents.
