Better do some reading. Use the search button up top and you will find more than enough information about what you are asking.
just go to the forced induction page for 4cyl's and read...pm people and read more...then read a lot more! turboing your car isnt as easy as it sounds and dont expect to get it done from a thousand or so bucks...especially if you're not good with the wrenchRight, but my research has shown me that answers are open to interpretation without knowing all of the facts. Going through the forums I have seen anything from 5psi up to 15psi on stock internals, which is great and all if they're correct... however, this can be anything from people playing it safe to stroking their ego to much. I was hoping to get an answer from someone who has actually done this setup with little engine work instead of someone making a suggestions based off an idea they thought might work. I'm not trying to blow my engine up after a couple months.
Just get ready to spend money and not go cheap with ebay bullshit parts. If you don't want to spend much, then stay N/A, and get a small nitrous kit and call it a day.... good lord its been a while since I visited this page. After the second post I pretty much just hung out in the background of this forum biding my time and doing my research. Didn't even occur to me to check back in here.
Thanks to all for the responses
As it stands I am going to be doing an EvoIII based turbo with the stock internals at about 8psi (because my engine is at 111000 miles now and I don't wanna stress her to hard). Purchasing of the parts are going to be starting at around mid to late September.
