I recently bought a nitrous kit from my friend and I need some Info. It included a Zex 10lb. bottle, holley powershot soleinoids, a Zex TPS unit. all the hoses and fittings. I obtained some info on NX's website. It is a wet kit and I have run all hoses installed the bottle. I need to know how to hook up the zex black box and I would also like to know which Line is my fuel line so I can tap into it Also I have Brand new platinum plugs and I am going to order the zex ones but will the platinums work or will I pop my motor like a virgin. :eek3:
If you look at the your fuel rail. The line going into the rear bank fuel rail is the feedline. And the line going into the front fuel rail is the return line. I think you can tap your return line for a Nitrous kit, but I am not sure of this.
On the Zex TPS Box. It is a unit that activates the Nitrous when armed at wide open throttle. It has a throttle position sensor switch which detects the amount of voltage out of the throttle sensor. The instructions say "Connect the White wire to the voltage Output Lead on your vehicle Throttle Position Sensor". I dont know where to hook that wire to, that is my question. You can also Refer here http://www.zex.com/Base/Instructions/ZEX137.pdf
