well to start off I threw a engine code. went to get it checked and I was told the OBD2 port wasn't working to check the fuses. I checked all the fuses on the car and all of them were ok. I went to drive down the road due to having to go to work and if I went into neutral the RPM would fluctuate or just drop so low the car would die. Any suggestions??? Im kinda stumped on it.

What else can I check? Also would the obd2 nt working cause the car to have random idling range and dying?

forgot to post on here when the issue was resolved. there is a small box with a fuse in it on the positive post and it had some corrosion in it. one I cleaned that up the OBD2 started working just fine.
