I have a 2003 Eclipse with 90,000 miles. I store it every winter and I start it a few times a month. I went to start it in February and as soon as it started it stalled and never started again. I bought a code reader and trouble code p0340 and p0335 came up. I took the plugs out to see if there was spark and there was but the cyclinders were fillied with gas. I changed the distributor and rotor and still nothing. I am lost. I never had a problem with the car until now. The timing belt is fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

This indicates that a problem was detected in the camshaft position sensor circuit. Since it says circuit, that means the problem could lie in any part of the circuit - the sensor itself, the wiring, or the PCM. Don't just replace the CPS (camshaft position sensor) and think that will definitely fix it.

P0355 Coil Driver Circuit Malfunction The problem might be with with the distributor itself. I'd check all the fuses etc... Use some contact electrical cleaner on the distributor connector. Also check if you hooked up the spark plugs correctly.

So all in all the entire distributor might have gone bad. Worst case.
I replaced the distributor and rotor. I will go through and check everything and see what happens. Thanks for the help.
