Efrain (John) Balbivia

Your credit card was declined currently owe us $2059.00 for order #10229, since you now have product and money associated with this order.

The number you left is to the Nissan dealership where you are no longer employed. We have no other way to get a hold of you.

We are going to send an invoice to your mailing address, but would appreciate if you could give us a call at 407-580-1667 as quickly as possible to resolve this matter.

If anyone can help us out that would be greatly appreciated. I hope this matter is simply a misunderstanding but we've tried for the past 2 weeks to get ahold of Efrain with no avail.

how did he get the product when his cc was declined? Don't you guys charge the credit card first, wait for the payment to clear and then send it out?

He never said the product was sent out.. he just stated the payment was declined. Attempting to rectify the payment situation first prior to shipping is the strategy here.

Yes we do normally charge the credit card first. Unfortunately in this case there was a higher importance on coordinating shipping of the product then collecting money up front.

There are collection companies that takes care of situations like these for a small percentage (3% to 7% not sure). If it comes to worst, that might be an option you could consider.
