The theme was MACRO.

You have until Friday, 11/23 at 12:00 noon to vote. At which point, a winner will be named, and they will have selection of the next theme. Please don't vote for your own photo.

I agree with you on the lighting of number 3. I also love the subject matter - something about old metal camera bodies that make me yearn for the simpler days of photography.

3 gets my vote.

By the way Rick....you and i definitely need to get ourselves a good macro lens. I don't shoot a lot of macro, but seeing some of these photos really makes me want one.

I've wanted one for years now. and I even know the exact one I want. like I said, when I sell my stock I'm buying one...if the stock does well I'm buying a 1D to go with it.

Dammit... Why can't you guys put up a pic of a nekkid chick and make it easy for me to vote? #2 or #3? Hmm... Bees chased me once... So #3 gets the vote :p

I had to vote 3. The fact that you dont see the entire lens and its cropped makes the shot composition so much more interesting.

I like photo 5. It looks like a great picture for a desktop background if only the crop was a little different. I wish the colors were brighter, and some spots darker, like this...

Lilmatt is our winner this week. So take some time and think of a new theme. Great photo, by the way.

The new theme will get pushed back by a week, so you have plenty of time to think about it. We only got one response for the theme over thanksgiving, so we're extending it to get some more entrants.

For everyone else...visit the Captured Moment theme and submit some photos.
