Give this a try it'll prolly cost 10 bux. Heres what I tried today it took me about 20 mins total. I used soap and water and 2000 grit sand paper. Fold the sandpaper in half and put your hand flat against the headlight only sand in one direction. I repeat only sand in one direction. I sanded up and down standing in front of the car ( in other words front to back.) You can tell when its working because the sandpaper will start to glide and other areas will have rough spots. After I finished I used plast x and some elbow grease. I would try this first and see how it turns out. If it is still bad you may have to work your way up to 2000 from 1000-1500-2000. In the pictures the dark splotches on the lights are my bushes. As far as the rubber goes just replace it.

This is my before picture

Probably have to go through a dealership or a junkyard for the seal ... I had the same issue but got a set of seals off an old pair of lights

You could always go to your local lowes/home depot and get some rubber weather stripping. I have seen a set of 3g lights done like that and they looked pretty good.

hey btw man i bought "crystal view" a package for walmart to clean the plastic housing on the headlights, you can leave your headlights in, but i took em off my car and did everything in my house to give them a good scrub, and honestly i recommend taking them off cause you can damage the paint, and taking them off makes it easier to put the final coat of chemicals on the light. thats what i recommend, just google it, the stuff's legit :ndance:
