stock 6-disc infinity system

Recently my stock 6disc stock infinty system stopped working and started throwing an error code E__03.(or something like that) I have 6cds stuck in it, none of the load or ready lights work on it as well. All other function work except the cd ones.....the radio is fine. Has anyone had this problem before? Are there any quick ways to fix the error? I unplugged the battery and it still has the problem. I talked to the dealer $85 to have taken out and looked at.......minimum of $260-$355 maximum to get it fix.(Damn) More than likely ill probaly be buying an aftermarket cd player.(but dont have the funds right now the radio sucks)
