So as many of you know, I sold the Pearl Pony 3G after 7 years of ownership and thousands of dollars spent to make it my own. It was time to move on to something more reliable and practical so I've been on the search for the past few months. After much consideration of what I wanted out of my next car and how much I wanted to spend, I finally decided on a mkVI Jetta.

The mkVI Jetta meets all of my needs perfectly and I found one in the color I wanted as well, and for an amazing price. Anyway, here it is!

Mods:
- Debadged
- Black front VW emblem
- LED DRL
- 18" staggered 8.5/9.5 CCW style wheels
- 225/40/18 & 245/45/18 tires
- VW center caps
- ST coilovers
- Trunk lip spoiler
- Tinted windows

Future mods:
- Rear camber shims -2
- Roof lip spoiler
- CAI
- Exhaust
- Headlight retrofit

First mod done today, debadged!

I've also already ordered wheels along with tires, hub rings, & lugs and st coilovers with a 5 year warranty :yesway:

Sad that you sold the 3G it will be missed, but nice upgrade can't wait till you start getting all the good stuff on it you will make Dillon and I look lame still with our 3G's lol, but what happen to the Audi you showed me?

I don't see retro on the future mods list.

Clean pick up though, how much of a hit did you take on price?

haha the 3G's will still look awesome!

The Audi ended up not working out for several reasons; found out it had the oil consumption issue that A4's are famous for, both bumpers would need to be repainted, and they wouldn't really negotiate price at all.

But i'm happy it didn't work out because the VW has 20,000 less miles, is 2 years newer, has a 2 year warranty because it was certified pre-owned, and it ended up costing $4,000 less :yesway:

I just noticed you bought wheels and coilovers too damn I'm jealous, you're about to get done with almost half of your future mod list before you even get your real plates lol :yesway:

fixed, I actually meant to put that on there!

I got what I wanted for the 3G and ended up paying about $13,700 for the Jetta :yesway:

haha yep!! Another one of the perks of going with the Jetta over the A4, it left me with plenty of money to go ahead and buy those two big mods

Yeah I'm excited to show it off at meets once I get some of the mods done!

Man cant wait to see how you transform your new baby! If its even half of what the pearl was...its still going to be awesome and I dont see much of any good modified Jettas.

Please, please, please, please, please don't ruin it with wide ass wheels, small ass tires that are stretched, and retarded camber.

haha the wheels are 8.5" wide so no worries there, and probably just going to leave a finger gap instead of trying to slam it! :yesway:

Thanks!! I was actually looking at one of the turbo diesels but it sold! But I'm more than happy with this one
