There are abundant amount of info on both this site and the .org site (eclipseforums.org) no one is going to give you a step by step play on the build but some come pretty close. Such as Cloud has a how to on the .org site. check out the stickies on the FI forum under DIY turbo kit. Everyone here will be more than happy to help you out on your build, but you have do us the curtsy of researching and researching and when u think you know Everything, research some more. Just do some searches and read everyone elses build on the GS/RS FI forum follow them and learn, also read Maximum Boost.

Trust me ive done my research, i just dont want to spend the money and miss something id like to get all the parts at one time, cause i would like to go with the 16g, cause ive got the fuel pump, 440 injectors, emanage already but i still dont know alot about bolting up evo parts

what kind of 16g are u going with?

If you have done your research then why do you need a list? Why do you say you want to buy everything at once when you already have parts bought?
