you should try the search button....just a thought. and i wouldnt go calling out the admin team here, not if you plan on staying in this forum.
so blah blah blah i got told to post here by a bitter admin. will '00-02 turn signal fit an '03-05? I can't tell you how many times I've left forums because of admins not liking my simple (not negative/harmful in any way) questions......
It's redundant, junior. You are what 20 years old, this forum has been here since you were nine, and playing with dolls. Almost everything has been asked, and answered. You don't pay to become a member of this site, but in the past 11 years I've forked over a fair share of my own money to keep this place running. Now you want to complain about a place you're using for free, nor have ever contributed to, all because you can't read forum rules?

You think that is our problem that you can't read? What is more frustrating, creating rules that have been in existence for years to ease the burdens on the damn forum that has over twenty-thousand members, only to see legions of those either too lazy, or that lack simple reading comprehension and ignore said rules.

Now, you want to threaten to leave, you can take yourself, and everything you've ever contributed here over the past what two months, which is nothing, and go find yourself another forum. Otherwise, you deal with the rules here, just like the other twenty-thousand plus members and read before you post things. If you take umbrage with that, I'll make it easier for the both of us, and remove you as a member on my own.

And go figure, another thing you've neglected to read. http://www.club3g.com/forum/new-members-forum/145102-doctrine-club3g.html

So what happens if you post and ignore every single thing that has been mentioned thus far in this thread? You will be ridiculed, insulted, or made an example of for others so they can avoid what you did. Know that it will happen, and if not by me, by someone else. Why, you may ask? Because after ten plus years of making rules, announcements and guides there is absolutely no reason that you need to be helped along any more than what has been provided to you already. It does the site, and most importantly, the members of this site who took the time to create answers for your questions over the years a great injustice, and is incredibly rude.

Funny, why am I still here?
 Because I know how to look for answers instead of being spoon fed.
Noobs.
is it bad that im actually interested in this answer? lol Im buying an 03 for the WW n i actually just got on so i can search to see if this has been answered before lol
power of the search button :) seems as the turn signals do not fit, Hmmm gotta order me one of those too now. :eek3:
this is why I hate forums. Most people on them don't realize that people sometime aren't the best at finding specifics and probably don't have time to sit on the comp for an hour and look it up.

Hey man, i'm trying to be good about the situation. That's why i'm not bashing you like a kid and leaving the forum with my middle finger up. I'm just trying to find an answer to something that I have searched for but could not find due to time restraint. I have to get my car back on the road by friday and cracked turn signals are letting in moisture and blowing my fuse. I hope all these people that are posting calling me a noob realize some people don't have time to sit and search.... I will note my time restraints in future posts.

Do you honestly, think I care? Again, this forum is eleven years old, I've been here since day six, and I'm a practicing attorney; I've been called any and everything under the sun, I genuinely don't really care what anyone says about me.

Therein lies the rub. You shouldn't have even asked the question to begin with. Do you know why? Here's an image of the forum you originally posted your question in.

There's no searching involved, it's an announcement that is posted at the top of the forum you asked your question in.

Had you of read that thread, you would have seen this inside.

Now, showing you those two things, at what point was the term search belabored upon you?

Further, had you of continued in reading the announcement that says to read before you post, you would have also seen this.

Which then proffers you to use the New Members Forum if you could not find the answer. Which brings us to this forum.

Now, as you've gone through the progressions of how your thread was treated, from the onset to its current state, at no point was a single issue, directive or guideline obfuscated from you, or any registered member of this forum. Further at no instance can you substantiate an instance where your time would be constrained, confined, or otherwise impinged by forcing you to search. Ever.

All that was noted, in a thread entitled, Members of C3G, read before you post, was that.

1) The forum you asked your question in, was not the right one.
2) If you could not find your answer, you were to use this forum for your question.

Now, I could run through a multitude of rationales as to how the forum, its rules, and directions are wholly based in merit and fact, free from opinion or discussion; but hopefully there is no need to continue.
