what kind of spoiler?

what type of spoiler should I get? right now I have an rs with no spoiler, I am putting on the Bomex kit and want to add a spoiler to it. I am undecided on which kind to use. Should I use one like our stock one,

or like this one (the old gst/x one)

or like this one

it's titanium pearl, the stock one is my last choice as of right now, how much do you want for it though?

stockie from 04gsNA imo!! the 2g one would look absolutely ridiculous...some people pulled off the evo-ish looking one pretty nice but it depends on the car

hmm. tough decision. id have to go with the 2nd one witht eh bomex kit.

First off if your looking for the wing in the second pic you should look for the V-line wing not the e-bay knock off. Second the gst/gsx spoiler looks good on certain cars not all of our Eclipses. The right color choice of your car can either bring it out or make it look like shit. SO make a wise decision

I just put the ebay one bc it was a quick picture to find, honestly I'm a little partial to the gst/x one but idk, I have a beat up one from a friend that I'll propbably set on my trunk to see how it looks once the kit is on

no matter what he uses with a bomex kit it will look rediculous.

why do people hate on the bomex kit so much? everyone is entitled to their opinion but I never understood why people hate the kit, people either love it or hate it. honestly, I think any kit can look good if done right, there are those few I don't like as much (blitz) but as long as it's done clean its ok

edit: oh and 04gsNA i'll let you know about the spoiler, that seems like a good price, i'll have to get it painted anyway so any scratches don't really matter

The gsx spoiler looks horrible on a 3g :barf:

they aren't wide enough to suit it.

If you can pull off a theme go with the Celica spoiler. If not, just go with the OEM spoiler. But for the love of god, do not put a 2G turbo spoiler on your car :scared:

IMO i like the original look to the 3g. When you do too much [bomex] it looks horrible. THats why id go witht the WW or sniper kit.
And for the wing..if you were to get one of those get the second one..not from ebay. Wings West V-Line is the way to go. why not the knock off? its the same exact thing. quality, fit, and finish, i know i have seen both. no difference.

I mean go ahead if you really want to. But i just would trust a professional company to ship my wing rather than some guy. But i guess if youve seen both..IMO go with the pros. unless money is an issue cus the ebay price is about 1/3 the price of WW

i understand what your saying, i have a friend who got his directly from ww years ago paid a good price to. i bought one from ebay for about $150 shipped

. it was shipped with one of the sides cracked pretty bad, so before i broke out the bondo i gave them a call. and they sent another side free of charge.

not saying all ebay transactions go that great, because they dont. but it worked out for me.

most of the time a fiberglass part that is pretty good size will be damaged somewhat during shipping. its hard to get a undamaged fiberglass part the way shipping company's are now days.

yea ive had some problems with ebay. thats the only reason im hesitant.
