only some of the stuff will work. you should try searching.

some stuff you could use:

exhaust manifold
turbo
injectors + resistor pack
maybe oil and water lines

your going to have to have a custom downpipe made any way you look at it
so just about everything i need to make my car turbo will work!
yes or you could do the smart thing and buy his car and have alot better platform to make power on...

no not really
i dont wanna sound bad about this, but this topic has been answered 10,000,000,000,000 times...please search through the threads a bit by using the...Search button up at the top right corner!! found it? YAAAY!! :bigthumb:

no all jokes aside, it'll answer all the questions you'll ever come up with...and to answer the first one:

you'll need a LOT more stuff...intercooler and piping, gotta get that piping made because it's going to be a custom setup, gotta get those new injectors fed by a better fuel pressure regulator, and a higher flow fuel pump aaand you'll need something to control your fuel with because your stock setup ecu can't handle that...ETC ETC ETC you get my point Search first please and you'll find a lot of answers on your own to those questions that are going through your mind right now
its way more then just a TURBO. for every one thing connected to the turbo there are 3 more things that you have to get.

:agreed: exactly my point! -> and to prove it more, i've been collecting pieces since january and guess what im still not done :(
Here's what I don't understand: The car's been around for EIGHT years now. If there were any simple bolt-ons for adding a turbo, it stands to reason that someone (actually lots of someone's) would have done it by now. I'm surprised people are still asking questions like this, thinking they've found the lost city of Atlantis as soon as they discover than at older generation shares the same block as this platform -- as though no one else ever knew. It's like the weekly cluebird who discovers that the 3000GT had a 6G72 block and suddenly wants to know if he can swap motors (without searching first).
