did a google search and it looks like an accelerometer that can be linked to their boost controller.

Fair warning, Blitz doesn't have much of a US counterpart yet (US site only started up this year) and their products only come with Japanese instructions.

Not a boost controller in and of itself. It can plug into a Blitz boost controller and work with it, though.
