Major props on getting good gauges!! Your wastegate is too big for what your doing, exactly how much horsepower do you plan on making, I don't see any engine internals in those pictures.
The 4g64 handles boost a lot better than the V6, but hte pistons are still garbage, just liek the SOHC head.

Yes, and the sky is blue and black at night. :fawk:

What I meant is, that wastegate is rated for more horsepower than the engine will ever hope to make in stock form, I think he's just picking up parts off of ebay without understanding exactly what it is he is doing.

Yup, seems the same way to me. Oh wow, its 42mm wastegate, must be better than a 38mm, I must have that, :lmfao:
Bad idea to do shopping for parts that way. Anyways, let stay tuned to the MITSUEVO from balla, NAPALM, and DNS with the KIA head... FTW

That SS autochrome manifold is the same that Mitsusaint has. It puts the turbo in a pretty bad spot, plan on removing your AC. Hopefully the manifold won't crack, but you may want to get it welded a bit more. Also plan to get a new turbo down the road, a member just blew his XS power turbo. Shaft play was so bad it wore groves in the metal. Not a good product to say the least.

The intercooler looks pretty large. You will proabably have to remove you bumper support. What will you be doing for intercooler piping and fuel control?

The gauges are nice though! You car is nice and clean, best of luck on the project. Be sure to stop by the FI section.

What about the turbo, the hotside looks way too big for a 4cyl with a stock engine as well. What trim is that? Where is your fuel pump?
