If pigs ever fly, and I happen to get the couplers, I'd have two sets. I would make one available to some one else who might need them.

I wish it was that easy for me to make turbo kits for customers that paid for them. I did however receive a call yesterday and Jimmie said he had all the piping, couplers etc rounded up for kits that are still owed to customers. So even if I at least get that I can fill the rest of the order on my own.

I wish, they gathered up all the piping and what not which mind you is very instrumental in the turbo kit but all the other parts need to be ordered as well. I'll hopefully receive a status from him soon. What has he told you when you call him?

not trying to bash or anything but: what does CMF have to do with this thread??? but it does seem that alot of bad things are happenin from/to eclipse parts providers... also alot of shady business...

never knew that there were this many probs with Russ...
from what i have been reading on the forums anyone who had a general question could call up russ and talk to him DIRECTLY and not just some admin assist in the office who may or may not know anything... SOUNDS LIKE AWESOME BUSINESS TO ME...

dont think it would happen but i certainly hope that things come out alright for Russ and he can get reimbursed (sp)... and that he could eventually supply the piping... its something that everyone needs and could surely bring in a little re-cooping sort of business...

cmf made it quite clear that theyre gonna build their kit for the 6 and 4. but during the interest/stake payment period, several ppl slapped down some cash for the 6cyl but no one, im fairly sure, for the 4. he went on to say, in plain english, that yeah theyre gonna do a 4cyl kit but theyre gonna work on the 6 first. this was however exactly long ago. last i saw governator post about it, no 4cyl kit ready til.. a few months ago. so hes not nearly as late as GCT is =D

im gonna boost my car if i have to install the rubberbands from slingshots.

Noone will EVER see a turbo kit from CMF no matter how long they wait on that SOB to make it. Right now the only way is used or custom.

Phalse if you have the money, then you need to drive your car down here so you can drive back home boosted. There are kits that are just sitting on the shelf and GCT does much better at delivering product when you actually go to the shop.

No offence, but anyone even thinking about anything CMF must have shit for brains, but that might be too harsh. Maybe they should just stick around here and learn something before thinking of giving them anything, let alone $$$$.

I asked him when is my kit going to be ready for pick up and he told me that he is going to give me an answer in 4 to 7 days. I think he is waiting for the piping to be back from power coating but I don't understand why he has to wait for the piping to be back in order to get the rest of the parts

To be honest because that's simply the way he is. Jimmie can't do more than one thing at a time, that's just how his brain works.

I've heard that one before: "yeah, I'll let you know on such and such day". He never called.

Andre has a big advantage over you in the sense that it's only a 2-3 hour drive over to Clearwater from his house.

At this point, I'm always looking for a nice surprise like when Jimmie calls to update me instead of calling him 10 times a day to extract truthful information out of him like a dentist pulling teeth.

when i get a turbo, im strongly considering a trip to orlando, yeah.. but it wont be BEFORE the winter. no matter how bad i want boost, i cant bring myself to mess with my car right before buffalo gets shit on for the next few months. and whats more.. im trying to decide if i wanna have it painted at the same time too, since there are a couple 'blemishes' on the car and i know how things go at bodyshops. i dont feel that there are any good painters in town, so blending panels is not an option.

i admit that i want my car to look like all you bastards with yer fufu paintjobs and Mad Max bodykits :cool2:

I wish I was that close but it's actually like 6 to 7 hour drive but If he calls me to tell me to go pick up my turbo I'll probably make it in 5.

well im sure the kits will still be there in march. If so ill see what i can do since ill be in clearwater. Long as time to wait but ill do my best.
