new drop questins

So i droped my car yesterday with kyb AGX's and tein s tech's..well, when i put the new springs and agx's together I didn't use the spring compressor because it didnt seem like it needed it, i had a friend push down on the spring and plate while i tightend the nuts, i was wondering if i ohuld have ued the pring compressor the drop doesnt look as i was expecting and it sure isnt 1.7 fnt 1.5 rear drop. Any input would be awsome. I'll get some pictures up as well.

it usually needs some time to settle, over time it will break in and drop lower

give them some time, and then decide if you need to redo the install. i think youll be fine though.

I just did the same install on my Galant dude and it is not as low as it should be but it will settle down more, give it a few weeks.

The way you assembled the springs and the amount of drop are not related at all. You are fine on the assembly method part of things. As far as the drop, you are just realizing that what the manufacturer says and reality are two different things (for a variety of reasons).

It takes a few days to settle. Mine was the same way now it has the perfect drop that it said it would have.

thanks alot. I was just worried that i was going to have to redo the install because i didnt use the spring compressors putting them on.i think i'll be fine

As long as you tightend the nut all the way down youll be fine.
