eating to much gas

i have 01 eclipse gt auto, n lately its been eating too much gas. few months ago one full tank used to last me 7days. but now full tank lasts me close to 5days. i drive 40miles a day five days a week. max speed i go is 70.
any advise will be helpful.

really sounds about right. The auto gets worse MPG anyways though. If you are worried though, just do maintenance (plugs, gaskets, belts, hoses) and see where you are then.
