I was checking out NOPI the other day and saw they had a bolt on air suspension kit for the 3G's for about $2300. I had done some research in the past on air suspension and basically came to the conclusion I would go with coilovers because of the costs of doing an air ride setup, but this kit seems quiet a bit cheaper than anything I had looked at before, plus I here D2 is a fairly reputable brand to go with for coilovers anyway. I was just wondering if anyone has used this kit before and if its worth trying.

:wavey: I have it on my eclipse. they have good points and bad points. the ride is excellent. the compressor is excellent name brand quality, the lines are small 1/4" so dont think your just gonna "hit switches on bitches" and it runs with a dummied down pressure switchs instead of sienoids to actuate the air. But Vs. the airbagit system I just did on an 03' cadillac it was a peice of cake install. beware tho there is a 400 dollar fee for a "hurry up and do it now" service that lets u get it in 2 weeks. otherwise the wait is months... i think 3..

Hey thanks for the reply.

Good to know it's a decent system because I might go this route instead of coilovers, still not sure though. And I figured the lines probably would be 1/4" (although most people say to go at least 1/2"), since none of the other kits I looked at splurged on the 1/2" lines.

Good advice :D

1/4' line for these cars really is enough. I originally had 3/8" and it was nearly impossible;e to dial in the rates for up and down. I have 3/8 from the tank to the valves, and 1/4 from the valves to each bag. I just found that I could control it a lot better that way. :twocent:
