i sent him payment for a stock rear over a month ago and as soon as i sent payment i never heard from him again! these kind of people should be banned from the site so they stop messing up the for sale forum. if anybody know him and can give me more info on him like a phone number or adress it would be great.

You have his/her e-mail address via PayPal, so if you're serious about persuing this try this web site http://www.ifccfbi.gov/strategy/pressroom.asp It may be a bit drastic for some, but if it was my hard earned money I'd be all over it. Make sure that you are documenting any communication you have had with him/her in the past.

 

Take him to court....small claims. You will need his address though....

i did pay throu paypal and i fled a claim, but all the gave me back was 40 dollars of the 160 he took from me. i cant beleive people do that.

Not if you're actually sent something. If you're sent something (even an empty box), Paypal won't do a damn thing.

Best bet is to always use a credit card so you can have them reverse the charge to paypal.

 

i did use a credit card so im going to call them and see if i can cancel the payment or what else i can do, this thread is mainly a warning to all people buying on the forum.
