Official Alum Creek Meet Website

The 3rd Annual Alum Creek Spring Meet will be April 29th, 2006.

I plan on doing the same thing as last year and having a cookout followed by football,volleyball, or whatever else people want to do. It will be at the same location as the last two years, Alum Creek State Park (the beach area). The meet will be followed by the standard post-meet activities As I think of more info i'll post it up but for now mark your calendars for this meet so we dont have 3 states having meets on the same day like we have had in the past.

We will have the meet website up and running soon with maps, photos from past meets, items need for the cookout, etc.

*edit* 1/26/06 - please post up what you can bring...we will need hot dogs, plates, chips, pop. thats all i can think of for now

*edit* 1/31/06 - for those interested we will using 2-way radios for cruising around after the meet. gonna try to find some good places for photos and just cruising. to give you an idea what i'm talking about 2-Way RAdios
my recommendation would be go in on the radios with another local member so you dont spend as much money :twothumb:

*edit*2/15/06we will be getting a keg of bud light for a beer pong tourney on saturday night. please let me know if you plan on staying in columbus for the night so i can make sure i have enough room at my apartment. if you aren't 21 don't plan on coming to my place after the meet

*edit*2/21/06 there is no drinking at the park :nono: so don't plan on drinking during the cookout. the cookout will remain pg13. the park has been a great place for this meet and we dont need a reason to get kicked out of there. plus there are a lot of kids around.

Current Schedule of Events:

Friday Night
-for those coming in late friday night we will be drinking. depending on who gets in when we may head downtown for a couple hours for a few beers then head back to my apt for more beer.

Saturday
-wake up still drunk and clean cars
-Noon-Cookout at Alum Creek State Park
-around 4 or 5 we'll head out cruise around and get some good photos/videos
-around 7 head to maybe hooters for some wings and a beer or 2
-after dinner head back and tap the keg and start beer pong and drinking activities
-Round 2
-Lunar vs. Crow's Toilet
-pass out drunk/ head to hotels

Sunday
-wake up hungover and head to bob evans for breakfast

I say we just rent the hotel on a pre-paid credit card with exactly enough on it to cover the room. We can trash the place and when they try to bill it to the card, they get the big fat "DECLINED"!! :yesway:

there is going to be a caravan of members coming up from cincy so you should be able to meet up with them. details will be worked out closer to the meet date

I'll pay whatever I can to cut down on the cost of whateve we are getting. We should get Labatt Blue because its not that expesive and beer taste pretty good too.

Yep, yep. I usually lead the group from Cincy. Just PM me if you plan to ride with us, when it gets closer to the date, I'll usually get together with everyone and find a central spot in the Cincy area for everyone to meet up.

Then we all roll up together at about 65mph (read ~80 mph)...

...except for Lee, he rides at 35mph.:fawk:

Alright fella's..... I get the hook up on the burgers.......so i will be bringin them....if anything objects to burgerking whoopers grilled up let me know......Other wise they are the shit if you make them at home!!!!~!

if the stuff is pre-cooked (like subway's is :lmfao: ), when you put on the cheese, you put on the bacon... otherwise, we'll have to come up with a creative way
