The OK Tibby group is meeting up at the end of Aug in Bricktown for pictures and dinner and asked if we wanted to have a meet and join them. If you guys would like to go let me know and I'll get with them for times and info. Since we get to go to redpin that is still up as well. It's up to you guys but I need to know what you wanna do and when.

I will be gone from Aug 7th - 11th. I beleive matt will be gone at some point as well for work but I don't know days.

 

Hanging with the Tibby group is fine by me. A bigger group is never a bad thing. I'm down for that. Chantry post the date for that and if it's okay with all interested I'll ask for it off.

Not to assume that's what plan we're making. Just sounds fun. Another car group offers a cool chance to mix minds.
Anyway, Post up People! Let's make a plan and have some summer fun while the sun still makes it warm outside.

 

Theird meet is SUnday August 30th at 1p their meeting place and everything else is still TBA at this point. They said if we wanted we could all go to red pin if you guys still wanted to.

 

Hello there 3G's! Oklahoma Tibs here.

I've updated Chantry on what is going on, thought I'd stop by here. My club is meeting up at one of our members places in Mustang, then heading to a car wash for the out of town members to spruce up their cars. We are currently coming up with a set in stone plan for time and place to meet up with Oklahoma Club3G members. I doubt any of you would want to head to a car wash in Mustang, so I put it up to my members to find a place and time for after that for a meet and greet with you guys/gals. As soon as I have all the exact details, I'll pass them onto Chantry.

We are at 11 showing right now, with some from Club3G, it would be a great meet! This is still early as to give plenty of time for people to get off. Hopefully more will show as schedules get closer to that date!

 

you wanna try and do this in SEP as well Regatta?? Im on leave from Iraq in the middle to late part of SEP and would like to finally meet everyone.

 

Yea Sept. would be a little better for me. I am going to be really busy for Aug. with school and shit. But I am down for the meet!

 

We will have meets every month as ling as you guys make it out.

 

My group is always down for monthly meets. We can maybe trade off planning from month to month? Making dates as far out as possible is a big help for the Tibs. We have over half our members that show up from Tulsa, so they need time to plan ahead.

My forum is down at the moment for maintenance, but August 30th is for sure happening on our end, if you can make it awesome, if not, many more months ahead! As soon as all the times and locations/events are finalized (by end of next week), I will update Chantry and she can post it up. Thank you all for the interest!

September, Oklahoma Tibs is planning a meet for the Tulsa Import Face-Off. If you would like the information, I can make a different thread for it. If you want to make another date on a weekend to meet, just post something and I'll see who wants to hop off your meet on my end with the Tibs.

We are very productive at 4am for some reason. Here it is:

August 30th. Bass Pro Shop. 2:30pm. South parking lot, the one under the bridge next to the main parking lot.

Any car is open to come. Some of my members were confused. Another club might come now too.

 

That sounds fun. An OKC all makes meet up. Could be pretty bad ass. Thanks Rigatta for your help with the Tibbs and setup with your crew. Chantry, how does this sound to you pres? All good? Gotta make sure we run this by our superior, still her meet. If this is solid I'll get the day off request in.

Update: The meet is still on from OK Tibs end. Meeting in the south(side) lot of Bass Pro at 2:30pm on Sunday the 30th. Meet, greet, smooch, face palm, pics, whatever when we all get there... Then on to Hooters to eat some (insert ur word here). Then off to bowling so Mitsuracergirl can further showoff her skills with balls. Bowling balls. Perverts.
